A while back I started my taxes with TurboTax and I posted the following gripes:
Intuit Nonsense. I have now finished my taxes. The good news is that I don't have any additional bad news to report. The program worked. In fact the endless sales pitches, this year, seemed a bit toned down. The program also seemed a bit easier to use.

I'm glad your actual TurboTax experience was very positive. In response to your earlier post about registration, one of the reasons we really want your contact information is so that we can contact you if there is a program calculation error. Without this information (regardless of your contact preferences), we have no way to alert you to a problem that may affect YOU.

Good to hear a response, this beats sending in letters that may disappear into a company's bureaucratic void since you usually don't know who the correct contact person would be.
The purpose of computers is to streamline one's work flow. To improve TurboTax, I hope that you will pass on my concerns expressed in my earlier post to your development staff. Till next year!
