Biden Openly Supporting Hamas, a Terrorist Organization

Biden is now openly supporting Hamas, a terrorist organization; as predicted he would do. "When Hamas invaded Israel on October 7, 2023, Biden sanctimoniously went on public TV to proclaim how the US would stand with Israel. No questions asked. The US and Israel were "blood bothers"." Biden is now actively sabotaging Israel's ability to fight back citing a policy position that Israel needs to show "restraint". Never-once, has Biden called on Hamas to surrender and/or demonstrate restraint. Now Biden has airdropped supplies into Gaza that will be used by Hamas to continue its terrorist aggression.

Assertions by the Biden administration that this so-called humanitarian aid would actually be used to "help" innocent Palestinians, is pure bunk.  Hamas will take this aid for its own terrorist purposes. Biden is supplying the "enemy" (a terrorist organization) with supplies that will enable Hamas continue attacking Israel and kill more people. In short, endless war.

The US, when it comes to humanitarian aid, needs to implement realpolitik solutions. War is a brutal business. As unfortunate as it is, starvation and other deprivations can be a motivation for the Palestinians in Gaza to reject Hamas and surrender. That will end the war. Cease fires and unconditional humanitarian aid will not end the conflict. The US needs to use the promise of humanitarian aid to demand that Hamas surrender and to release all hostages. Then humanitarian aid can flow. That is the choice that must be given to the Palestinians in Gaza.

Biden Throwing Israel Under the Bus

When Hamas invaded Israel on October 7, 2023, Biden sanctimoniously went on public TV to proclaim how the US would stand with Israel. No questions asked. The US and Israel were "blood bothers".

As expected and even predicted, as time progressed; Biden has slowly withdrawn his claimed unequivocal support of Israel. Biden has been calling for a ceasefire between Hamas and Israel for the claimed purpose of providing humanitarian aid to "innocent" Palestinians. This ignores the obvious fact that the Palestinians supported Hamas' invasion of Israel. Biden is also ignoring the fact that any humanitarian aid sent to Gaza will flow to Hamas which will allow Hamas to continue their terrorism. So why isn't Biden attempting to place sanctions on Hamas? Biden is giving Hamas a free pass by not imposing sanctions on Hamas' leadership. This will prolong the conflict resulting in evermore deaths.

Furthermore, Biden restored funding to the Palestinians Authority, and the UN (UNRWA). It was recently disclosed that some UNRWA employees were actively assisting Hamas with their invasion of Israel and other terrorist acts. So Biden is funding the terrorist acts by Hamas with US tax dollars. Biden has also interfered with Israel's military response to Hamas by calling for Israel to restrain its attacks despite the prior claims by Biden that he would not interfere with Israel's military decisions. Why should Israel restrain itself when Hamas won't? On February 8, 2024, Biden threw all pretense away of supporting Israel by publicly stating that Israel's response to Hamas' attack was "over the top". This also raises the concern that Biden has never called on Hamas to surrender.  As a supposed friend of Israel, it should have been easy for Biden to call on Hamas to surrender.  Biden is not a friend of Israel.

Biden A Disciple Of Putin

Biden went into a publicly broadcasted orchestrated "rage" for the benefit of the cameras concerning the alleged murder of Alexei Navalny under the direction of Russian dictator Putin. The unfortunate death of Navalny raises the irony that Bidin is mimicking Putin. Navalny was in political opposition to Putin. Putin allegedly had Navalny killed to remove that irritant to Putin's rule. In a similar manner, the Biden administration is aggressively attempting to figuratively "kill" Trump to remove him from the upcoming Presidential election based on his opposition to the Biden administration. Biden's rage over Navalny's death is laughable since Biden is essentially mimicking how Putin deals with the opposition.
    
As a sidebar. Biden is proposing to place sanctions on Russia for committing the heinous act of allegedly killing Navalny, who is one man. Biden, to my knowledge, has not placed any sanctions on Hamas (an organized terrorist organization consisting of thousands of people) for the barbarous murder of over 1,200 people and/or place sanctions of the people of Gaza for willing allowing (actually supporting) Hamas to commit those atrocious barbaric murders.

It is simply incredulous how Biden claims to support democracy while using the power of the state to cripple his political opposition. That is not how democracy works! Biden is mimicking Putin. Additionally, Biden wants to impose sanctions on Russia for the alleged murder of Navalny, but won't impose sanctions on Hamas for the atrocious murder of over 1,200 people. Biden is a petty vain shallow hypocrite.

Do Jewish Lives Matter?

 On October 8, 2023, the day after the brutal sneak attack by Hamas that slaughtered over 1,200 people (mostly Jewish), there was landslide worldwide support for Israel; but there were also words of caution. Several pundits predicted that support for Israel would quickly wane and be replaced by pro-Palestinian propaganda narrative assert that the Palestinians are the real victims. 

As time progresses this is exactly what is been happening. There have been a growing number of worldwide pro-Palestinian protests. I will be limiting my remarks to egregious comments just made by Richard Fowler who appears on Fox News as a token leftist commentator. He made an appeal to have (unspecified) "discussions" to end the war to end the suffering of the Palestinians resulting from Israeli military actions. 

Missing from his comments was any acknowledgement that it was the Palestinian through Hamas that started this conflict that resulted in the deaths of over 1,200 people (mostly Jewish) in Israel. Additionally many people were also injured as a result of this barbaric sneak attack. 

 Fowler should have acknowledged in his comments that Hamas initiated the conflict and that any "discussions" to end the conflict would have to include justice for Israel and the disarming of Hamas to end this cycle of violence. Additionally, any "discussions" would need to include disarming Hezbollah so that the cycle of violence against Israel can be ended. Jewish lives matter.

The incident occurred at a rally hosted by Students for Justice in Palestine, who gathered on campus to demand the US “end funding to Israel.”

Students for Justice in Palestine are the new Nazis. Imagine the reaction of the left wing media and those otherwise on the "left" should you were to replace the image of Netanyahu with that of Rashida Tlaib; they would be endlessly screaming racism and lynching. The UCLA students must be charged with hate crimes.

Israel, No Cease Fire in Gaza

War is a "dirty" business. Collateral damage, such as the death of innocent civilians, is an unfortunate by-product of war. In this case Hamas and indirectly all Palestinians instigated a brutal sneak attack that slaughtered over 1,400 people (mostly Jewish). Now we are supposed to grant a cease fire to the vile aggressor for humanitarian reasons??????????????

The Palestinians voted for Hamas to make perpetual of genocide against Israel. The Palestinians have not apparently pushed back against Hamas for turning Gaza into an arms factory and launching terrorist acts over the past 80 years or so. The Palestinians, by supporting Hamas, endorsed the barbaric slaughtering of over 1,4000 people. The Palestinians are complicit.  Additionally, as this is post being written, Palestinians rioted, out of all places, at the Museum of Tolerance to protest Gal Gadot Showing Film of Hamas Atrocities. The Palestinians have not shown the Jews any humanitarian considerations. Furthermore, where are the Palestinians demanding that Hamas be disarmed, that the hostages be released, and that peace be restored?

So far, the world wide protests from those supporting the Palestinians have called for the continued genocide of the Jews instead of condemning Hamas.  They chant "from the river to the sea." Seems that the Palestinians only see a cease fire, as a temporary short pause in their continued efforts to eliminate Israel.  On that one point, there is no reason for Israel to agree to any cease fire since it would not end Palestinian attacks on Israel.

Any cease fire, should it occur, will only help Hamas fight longer.  Additionally, the Palestinians have not offered any concessions that would benefit Israel in exchange for a cease fire.  Consequently there is no point in Israel agreeing to a cease fire. War, as previously stated, is a "dirty" business. To win, you need to disable the ability of your opponents to fight back. It is also important to minimize your own casualties. One of those strategies is is the deprivation of all resources to the people within the area under siege.  At a certain point, the Palestinians in Gaza, including Hamas, will have to surrender.  Israel to survive has to win.

One can complain that strategy is not humanitarian.  But the Palestinians lost that "right" to be treated in a humanitarian manner by having no humanitarian respect for Israeli citizens.  Consequently Israel has a right to defend itself unimpeded by any constraints.

Disarm Hezbollah

 This is an off-the-wall suggestion, just to raise the issue. Lebanon is an independent country, a "private" army (Hezbollah has been described as a "state within a state"), such as Hezbollah should not be allowed. In the interests of Middle East peace, one would think that the Lebanese army, the UN, and some of the Arab nations would be willing to form a coalition to disarm Hezbollah before Hezbollah decides to expand the current Gaza/Israeli conflict into Israel. This suggestion may not seem realistic given the existing situation, but you have to start discussing it's potential to see if it gets traction so that it can become a reality.

Stand With Israel

When Biden assumed the US Presidency, his administration began to immediately implement anti-Israeli and pro-Iranian policies. These policies were originally implemented by the Obama administration. On October 7, 2023 Hamas initiated a brutal viscous terrorist sneak on Israel. Over 1,400 persons (mostly Jewish) were slaughtered by the unprovoked attack that violated all the rules of war.

After the ruthless attack by Hamas, the Biden administration (administration) issued the usual perfunctory statements that the US unequivocally stood with Israel and condemned the atrocious terrorist actions by Hamas. Based on past and existing administration anti-Israeli and pro-Iranian policies, I wondered how long it would take before the administration began to subtly revise its (disingenuous) support of Israel to assertions that "peace" should be pursued instead of retaliatory war. That process of dismantling unequivocal official US support of Israel has now started.

The Biden administration has called for an Israeli "pause" to the fighting to allow humanitarian assistance to be provided to the non-combatants in Gaza. (Not for Hamas to pause its attacks,) In calling for a "pause" the administration is also unbelievably asserting that it is not a "ceasefire". The administration is also dismissing the fact that Hamas would also benefit from any humanitarian aid. This would allow Hamas to continue their terrorism against Israel. War is a dirty business. While it might sound altruistic to provide humanitarian aid, the downside is that it lets the enemy continue fighting leading to more deaths.

The administration is publicly making statements that are on "both sides of the fence", which imply that the the administration despite its claims of unequivocal supporting Israel really does not support Israel. The administration has made very public statements that it unequivocally supports Israel's military methods of retaliating against Hamas. However, the administration is also suggesting demanding (through subsequent clarifications) that Israel restrain itself, that Israel be "proportional" in its military response, and that Israel not commit "war crimes". No such demands are made of Hamas to restrain itself or to comply with the rules of war.  Of special note, the administration is actually interfering with Israel. The war is between Israel and Hamas. Israel was the entity attacked, it is also an independent sovereign country. By interfering, the administration is blatantly violating its assertion that it will let Israel take whatever military action Israel feels is necessary to rid itself of Hamas.

The terrorist attack by Hamas on Israel was an expression of virulent antisemitism. That has spread worldwide and to many US colleges. Instead of instituting a program to combat this outbreak of antisemitism, the administration has unbelievably resurrected the Obama mantra that this nation is consumed by Islamophobia. A program is now being initiated to combat Islamophobia, not antisemitism!!! Furthermore, some members of the US House of Representatives have made antisemitic remarks and the administration has not condemned them. The clear intention of this approach is to "disappear" antisemitism as a public concern. This would further undermine, in a hidden manner, the support of Israel.

Further Confirmation that Voter Fraud Exists and that the Presidential Election Was "Stolen" by the Democrats

Two news items further support the contention that voter frauds exists that would allow one to assume that the Democrats "stole" the 2020 Presidential election. In the first story: Gavin Newsom recall petition succeeds in California.

The significance of the first story is that when those in power want to "validate" an election, in this case the recall petition that they oppose, they will go to extremes to verify the signatures submitted (ballots) in the hope of the petition failing. According to the article: "California Secretary of State Shirley Weber announced that 1.6 million of the 2.1 million signatures submitted to recall the Democrat Newsom have been certified as valid, exceeding the threshold of 1.49 million required to trigger a special election." That means that 23.8% of the signatures were determined to be "invalid". By extension, one has to seriously question the validity of any election results where the validity of the person submitting the ballot was not verified.

In a second story OAN reports: Arizona Audit Underway.  In this second story, it is noted that the Democrats are seeking too: "Democrat Party officials have tried to challenge the audit in court and they are deploying their operatives in the mainstream media in an attempt downplay the severity of election fraud as well as discredit Republican challenges to election security." So here we have Democrats (unlike in California) seeking to prevent the auditing (verification) of a petition (election result) because they supposedly "won".

The connection of Arizona to the California recall petition is that when the Democratic establishment wants to protect itself (when in power), it unsurprisingly wants the election results to be verified. But when the Democrats "beat" the Republicans in Arizona (and other states) it does not want the election results to be verified through an audit. The obvious implication, the Democrats must be hiding something, in terms of the 2020 Presidential election. Election fraud apparently exists leading to the Democrats "stealing" the 2020 Presidential election.

Evidence that Biden "stole" the 2020 Presidential election continues to grow.  Today, the narrative that Russians had placed bounties on US troops in Afghanistan has begun to unravel. According to Townhall: "Now the liberal Daily Beast website is offering a jaw-dropping assessment: "It was a huge election-time story that prompted cries of treason. But according to a newly disclosed assessment, Donald Trump might have been right to call it a 'hoax.'"

During the Presidential election, the Biden campaign and the complicit media incessantly broadcast that lie to the American people and demanded that the traitor Trump "do something" to respond to this vile Russian threat. How many voters may have been swayed to vote for Biden based on those lies is unknown. What is significant is that Biden (now that he has assumed the Presidency) and the complicit US intelligence community have now conveniently retracting that claim as being "unverified".

This is one of those questionable stories amplified by the left wing media to desperately undermine Trump to prevent him from winning the Presidential election. One of many "nails" that was used by the left to manipulate the election process in favor of Biden. Now that Biden is President, the story has to be "disappeared" so that Biden won't have to respond or otherwise suffer political fallout from failing to address the fake bounties that the Biden campaign accused Trump of ignoring. Unfortunately, none of those who spread the Russian bounty lies will ever retract them and/or apologize. To bad the election can't be redone.

The Democrats, including Biden, for the 2020 Presidential election ran on a campaign of "social justice" and "systematic racism", and a "declaration of war" against supposed domestic terrorism promulgated by some undefined "White Supremacist" organizations. At his inauguration speech, Biden continued down the path of reiterating the lies that the US is infected by "systematic racism" that calls out for"social justice". In making those statements and supported by certain Executive Orders, Biden has implemented a government sponsored crusade for "social justice". The hatred (cultural suicide) that the Democrats have unleashed towards the United States by claiming that our society is plagued by "systematic racism" and that we are under a threat of of a coup by imaginary "White Supremacists" that must be expunged has now affected how foreign countries, specifically China, perceive the United States. The perception is that the US is no longer a country upholding traditional values, but a country infected by rampant
"systematic racism" that is destroying traditional values.

To step back for a moment, Biden campaigned on a policy of restoring US normalcy, honor, rationality, and integrity on the world stage after Trump's alleged chaotic America First policies. 'Diplomacy is back': Biden promises to restore ties with allies in dramatic foreign policy shift. According to the article: "In his first major foreign policy address as president, Biden said that defending freedom, championing opportunity, upholding universal rights and respecting the rule of law are “the grounding wire of our global power” and give the U.S. “an abiding advantage” on the world stage."" It appears that Biden, starting on March 14, 2021, created a flurry of foreign policy gaffes that belay any claim that Biden even knows what he is doing on the world stage.

As a preliminary to getting to my main point, Biden recently called Putin a "killer", thereby aggravating Russian. Russia reacts angrily after Biden calls Putin a 'killer'. Whether you consider Putin to be a "killer" or not, is not the point. Biden has made an "unforced error" that is resulting in increased international tension. Recently, the fake NATO ally of the US, Turkey's President, Tayyip Erdogan came out in support of Putin. Choosing sides: Turkey joins Russia in condemning Biden's 'killer' comment. Another negative point against the US. Also recall that Biden's cancellation of the Keystone Pipeline aggravated Justin Trudeau. It also appears that Biden's immigration policies were not received well by the President of Mexico, Andrés Manuel López Obrador. Now it is still early in the Biden Administration, but he was previously the vice-President of the US and was also a US Senator for many years, so there is little excuse for creating these little aggravating incidents leading to increased unnecessary international tensions.

My main point revolves the recent China/US meeting in Anchorage, AK. US and China spar at outset of first meeting in Alaska. That meeting did not go well. China uses Black Lives Matter to embarrass Biden Administration. The Chinese just publicly exposed, on the international stage, the deep hypocrisy of the Democratic mantra, supported by Biden, that the US is a racist, corrupt, country, needing to combat alleged domestic terrorism (White Supremacy). Please note, this is not a defense of China, what it demonstrates is that the Chinese are regurgitating the vile Democratic racist mantra back at the US. Biden is not restoring US normalcy, rationality, and US integrity to the world stage. Consequently, you may soon begin to hear other world leaders such as North Korea's, Kim Jong-un and Iran's Ayatollah Ali Khamenei start spewing the Democrat's vile racist mantra at the US. The Democrats may well have been successful in the US for creating the "cancel culture" and spreading hate, but the Democrats should have thought of the consequence that would create on the world stage. For all of Biden's years as one of our supposed top moderate rationale "leaders" (sarcasm) Biden appears blindly driving down a road that will lead to increased international tensions.

Voter "Fraud" Exists

In my prior post I wrote: Yes, the Democrats "Stole" the 2020 Election. Since then some an interesting statistic has emerged that would give credence to the belief that elections results can't really be trusted without voter integrity protections. So was Biden legitimately elected?

The effort to recall Governor Newsom is underway in California and can serve as a discussion point concerning the legitimacy of Biden's claim "win". That recall effort requires that people sign a petition, or for the sake of this post a "ballot". The California Secretary of State just released a document (Cumulative Statewide Summary as of 03/11/21) that shows that 18.33% of the signatures are invalid, or to use another politically charged word: "fraudulent". (As an aside, Democrats have forwarded HR-1 to the Senate to remove voter integrity requirements. Additionally, signature verification for a Newsom recall (state level) is considered appropriate but was not for a Presidential election (national level).)

Given that 18.33% of the signatures have been determined to be invalid, by extension one can project that this error rate could also apply to a normal election and to other states. The Democrats have been extremely aggressive in demanding that signature verification requirements be eliminated. That creates an opportunity for fraud. If 18.33% of the voters can't be verified as legitimate, can an election be considered valid, especially if it is close? From memory, voter integrity was a major concern with the elections in Georgia and Pennsylvania. Or in any state were unsolicited mail-in ballots were mass-mailed to every address. When 18.33% of the vote (in one state) can't be verified and the Democrats obstruct verification, Biden's supposed "win" is very suspect.

Yes, the Democrats "Stole" the 2020 Election

The Democrats have contended that that stories promulgated by Republicans that there was election fraud which resulted in the Republicans losing the 2020 election were bogus. Well, it seems that the Republicans have a case for claiming that the Democrats, through their allies the liberal news media and big tech, did commit election "fraud". Maybe not in the usual overt-way that fraud is usually perceived.

The Washington Post just "corrected" a story that they published in early January 2021 that (falsely) asserted that Trump made nasty and threatening remarks towards Georgia election officials.  This false story could have cost the Republican senators their reelection bid and given the election to Democrats.  Additionally, it lead to the unjustified Kangaroo Court impeachment of Trump by the Democrats.

Joe Concha notes that these false "hand-grenade" stories, just before an election can have devastating impacts. But that the eventual retraction, after the fact, is essentially meaningless since the desired negative damage has already been inflicted. The Republicans lost and there is no recourse. Joe Concha starting at approximately the 1:50 minute mark, observes how the two Republican senators running for reelection in Georgia may have lost the Georgia election because of the anti-Trump media's incessant lying concerning Trump. The two Republican senators lost their re-election bid, which has given the Democrats control of the US Senate. Now that the truth is emerging, it is too late to fix this through an election do-over.

Other false stories successfully pushed by the Democrats, the anti-Trump media, and big-tech included assertions that Trump was doing nothing to combat Covid-19 despite the fact that his administration initiated the process for developing several Covid-19 vaccines and implementing the vaccines distribution process. (One of Biden's numerous lies in his Covid-19 speech (march 12, 2021) was that it was his administration implementing vaccine distribution.) The suppression of the Hunter Biden scandal: Hunter Biden Alleged Corruption Publicly Revealed - Disclosure Suppressed. The take-down of Parler under the false premises of "false information" and "hate speech" to suppress conservative free-speech. Game Stop, Robinhood, Reddit, and Fake News. 

Particularly troubling with the Parler take-down was that it was an "attack" in an instantaneous and coordinated effort by a "gang" of tech companies to keep Parler off the internet. It would seem that if a cabal of companies collude to prevent one company from doing something that that raises conspiracy concerns, one of them being anti-trust. Another, that they were conducting an underhanded gorilla war operation against the Trump campaign to "steal" the election.

Currently, a hot topic, Biden has opened the border to unimpeded illegal immigration. Children are being put in "cages". Biden's Neanderthal Thinking Enabling Child Abuse at the US Southern Border. Yet the media successfully painted Trump as being inhumane for his immigration policies. So far those media outlets condemning Trump's immigration policies have not been silent on Biden's abuse of children.

Two side stories to add. One is a video by Mike Lindell: Absolute Proof, and the other by Peter Navarro: Navarro Report. Both offer some tantalizing evidence of traditional fraud. Unfortunately, it seems that the anti-Trump crowd had sufficient legal clout to squash any investigation into whether any traditional fraud (actual manipulation of the voting results) had actually occurred.

Of course, no one story by itself can be designated as proof of election "fraud", but one can see that if each individual story is added to the fraud tally that there was "fraud" in the sense that the gullible public was manipulated into believing a false narrative thereby electing Biden.

Biden's Neanderthal Thinking Enabling Child Abuse at the US Southern Border

This past week a couple of horrific stories emerged pointing to Biden's incompetence that require a degree of follow-up.  In the first instance, as a result of Biden "Opening the Border" to illegal immigration, there has been a massive increase in the number of unaccompanied children being allowed to enter the US. Existing facilities have proven to be inadequate, thereby requiring that "catch and release" to be re-implemented.  This eventually means that those released into the US will "disappear" into the general population. The border is open. 

As a final note to the open border, some of the illegal immigrants have tested positive for Covid-19. Apparently, there is no real effort by the Biden administration to address this "super spreader event" despite the imposition of lock-downs and mask mandates for regular US citizens.  A double standard. Getting back to the issue of the facilities that would temporarily hold the illegal unaccompanied minors, the Democrats went berserk with endless horrid accusations that the Trump administration was "ripping" the children from their parents and inhumanely putting the children into "cages". The Biden administration is once again implementing that strategy, originally initiated by the Obama administration; but now calling the policy humane for welcoming them into the US.

Going beyond the issue of "cages" is an issue few seem to be looking at. The parents are "abandoning" their children and sending them on a long lonely hazardous journey without parental supervision in many cases to enter the US. That is child abuse. By opening border, Biden has indirectly encourage parents to force their kids to take a long hazardous journey.  Some even die along the way. When that type of death occurred under the Trump administration, Trump was essentially called a "baby killer". If the actions of the Trump administration were deemed heartless, then Biden should be held to the same standard. Given that, Biden is enabling "child abuse" through his open border policies.

Given the Democrats new low bar for impeachment, Biden should be impeached for enabling "child abuse". The parents of every unaccompanied minor should be arrested for child abuse, when subject to US jurisdiction, for putting their children in danger. 

The segue to "Neanderthal Thinking". Biden recently slammed the Governor of Texas, Greg Abbott, for lifting the statewide mask mandate calling it a “big mistake” and using the pejorative racist language of “Neanderthal thinking.” Biden's outrageous accusations are wrong on several levels. Just because the
Neanderthals aren't around anymore does not mean that they should be demeaned. On what basis can Biden assert that Neanderthals are stupid? Biden even said to a Black man, "that if you don't vote for me, you aren't Black enough".  The Democrats are exceptionally aggressive about calling out people when they make statements that the Democrats can misconstrue as being racist statements. Given that, Biden was making a racist derogatory statement.

Biden is claiming it is somehow unsafe for Abbott for cancel the face mask mandate. Yet Biden is opening the border and letting illegal immigrants flood the US without any apparent Covid-19 restrictions. That creates a Covid-19 super spreader event. Seems that Biden is unaware of his inconsistencies.

Biden - The US Border is Open

Of course, the Democrats will never publicly admit that. They will sanctimoniously claim they are for border security. They aren't. 

This post is a follow-up to my prior post: Illegal Immigration Allowed into the US by the Biden Administration. On February 18, 2021 the New York Times printed this story: The Democrats’ immigration proposal offers an eight-year path to citizenship. The significance of this story is in what was said and what was not said. The overarching theme of the story is that those in the US illegally, instead of being deported, will be allowed to stay and given a path to citizenship. That makes a mockery of any claims that the Biden administration will provide enhanced border security.  The Washington Times writes: "President Biden‘s immigration bill cancels penalties for future illegal immigrants, speeds legalization of those already here and increases legal immigration levels."  In my prior post, I had reviewed how the border security efforts of the Trump administration were being dismantled.  The New York Times wrote:

Unlike previous efforts to overhaul immigration, the legislation does not include a large focus on increased border enforcement. Instead, the bill adds resources to process migrants legally at ports of entry and invests $4 billion over four years in distressed economies in the hopes of preventing people from fleeing to the United States because of security and economic crises.

But the bill tries to make the most far-reaching changes in immigration law in more than three decades. It would sweep away restrictions on family-based immigration, making it easier for spouses and children to join their families already in the country. And it would expand worker visas to allow more foreigners to come to the United States for jobs.

As with all legislation the details are hidden in the "fine print" and in the absence of certain themes. While the "fine print" is not yet available, the implications are clear with the headline's theme of offering illegal immigrants a path to citizenship.  That is an "open" incentive to migrate to the US. Especially in the absence of any negative incentives for entering the US illegally.

The absent theme is "deportation" of those illegally here. There is a vague nod to "preventing people" from entering the US. But that is not further discussed as the emphasis is on legitimizing those who are here now and loosing restrictions for those who may enter the country, in the future, illegally. The Washington Times wrote: "The Biden plan checks off most of the major wish-list items of immigrant-rights activists, including: funding lawyers for some migrants who want to challenge their deportations; granting speedy legal status to “Dreamers” and farm workers; pouring cash into Latin America for nation-building activities; and slashing barriers to legal immigration."

The operative theme of the proposed legislation is legitimizing those illegal immigrants who are here. Not deporting them. In fact, the proposed immigration plan, would allow illegal immigrants (once legitimized) to bring into the US family members from their native country. No need to illegally cross the border. The net effect, the border is open.

Update 2/19/2021: Since posting Biden has "opened" the border for some individuals waiting in Mexico. US begins admitting migrants from Mexico, as Biden administration winds down Trump-era policy.  Biden is quickly "opening" the border but has yet to issue any actions to make the "border secure" to prevent illegal immigration. Biden's apparent silence on any "secure border" initiatives means that he has no intention of actually controlling illegal immigration. Biden has given illegal immigrants the "green light". The border is open.

Illegal Immigration Allowed into the US by the Biden Administration

Two articles concerning illegal immigration caught my attention today. In the first article: Jen Psaki Claims ‘Border Is Not Open,’ Admits Biden’s DHS Is Releasing Migrants into U.S.  That obviously raises the question, if the border is not open, why are the illegal immigrants being released into the US? In the second article: DHS will admit 25,000 migrants waiting in Mexico. 

 Consider these parallel factors:

• One of Biden's first Executive Orders upon assuming the Presidency was to "ban" deportations (ostensibly for 100 days). That means that once in the US, the illegal immigrants won't, for the time being, be deported. That allows the illegal immigrants to essentially disappear into the general population of the US. Never to be found. The Biden administration is required to protect the border from unauthorized entry, yet the Biden administration is effectively circumventing this rule-of-law.
• White House considering domestic travel bans to stop coronavirus mutations surge. Nevertheless, it appears that illegal immigrants are being allowed to enter the US without Covid-19 testing. That means that Biden is creating a Covid-19 disease vector (super spreader event) to enter the US, yet Biden claims that draconian efforts are needed to stop the spread of Covid-19. Biden is not following "the science" as he lamely professes. Total cognitive dissonance.
  
• Democrats have maintained that it would be inhumane to deport illegal immigrants after they have been in the US for a period of time. Especially if they had entered the US as children. That sets the stage for assertions that any attempt to deport someone, especially if it is a family unit, is somehow inhumane. What that means, once in the US, the illegal immigrants can't be deported.
• ICE reveal: 1.2 million illegal immigrants awaiting deportation.  According to the article: "ICE is currently monitoring nearly 1.2 million illegal immigrants who’ve been ordered deported but have not yet left the U.S. — and nearly all of them are still free in the community, the agency told a federal court this week, revealing the monumental task of policing them all. .. Mr. Berg said of the tens of thousands of people who have been given a final order of removal over the last two years, less than 18% have actually been deported." One can easily conclude that the judicial system is structured in such a manner that it is almost impossible to deport someone. Of course, this will be exacerbated by the Biden administration since they endorse illegal immigration, which will further suppress the ability to deport.
• Democrats have maintained that it would be logistically impossible to deport all the illegal immigrants, yet they do nothing to stop the illegal immigration. Unbelievably, the Biden administration is dismantling the programs to slow illegal immigration instituted by the Trump administration. Not only that, but DHS will admit 25,000 migrants waiting in Mexico. So not only is the Biden administration dismantling efforts to block illegal immigration, they are actually promoting it by actively bringing illegal immigrants into the US. 
  

Despite the Biden's administration deceptive word-salad, the border is open to illegal immigration.

Biden's Vacuous Inauguration Speech

At his inauguration speech for US President, Biden made a speech that many have complimented. Easy to compliment as it contained all the right gratuitous platitudes. One such bromide:  "And I pledge this to you: I will be a President for all Americans. ... I will fight as hard for those who did not support me as for those who did.  ... We must end this uncivil war that pits red against blue, rural versus urban, conservative versus liberal. " (emphasis added.) Sounds great, on the surface, provided you don't delve into the speech. Nowhere in the speech does Biden actually propose anything to "end this uncivil war" to promote Biden's promised healing and restoration of unity. It is up to the Biden as the winner to reach-out to those who lost to offer reconciliation. For example, Nancy Pelosi (the Speaker for the US House of Representatives) was pursing an unjust impeachment action against Donald Trump (the former President). If Biden was actually interested in unity and healing he could have provided Presidential leadership and requested that Pelosi drop the partisan impeachment action. Biden did not. Biden has failed his first leadership test to bring healing and unity.

Biden in his inauguration speech stated that he "will be a President for all Americans" (emphasis added). Following the inauguration Biden has gone on a spree of signing Executive Orders.  All the "bones" tossed out through the Executive Orders served the radical "left" political agenda. Not one of the "bones" tossed-out supported the political agenda of moderates and/or conservatives. As one example, Biden cancelled the permit for construction of the Keystone Pipeline. Ironically, cancelling the Keystone Pipeline damages Biden's "green" programs as completion of the pipeline would be the environmentally superior method of transporting oil. Biden has failed his second leadership test by purposely snubbing those who did not vote for him.

Biden in his inauguration speech foreshadowed the return of the "Security State" and McCarthyism. Biden ominously stated: "And now, a rise in political extremism, white supremacy, domestic terrorism that we must confront and we will defeat."  Biden, then as vice-President to Barrack Obama participated in the illegal spying of the Trump campaign prior to Trump's election as President of the US. After Trump's election, Democrats and some members of the intelligence community continued on with highly questionable activities to "resist" the Trump administration and even pursued some very questionable criminal actions against members of the Trump administration. This includes the unjustified "Mueller Investigation" and the unjustified first impeachment effort.

 Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is one Democratic member of the US House of Representatives. She has been raising the potential to have things like an "enemies" list developed and to propose efforts to retaliate against former members of the Trump administration, such as the “Trump Accountability Project". A Truth and Reconciliation Commission and re-education camps to soon follow?  While, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is only one person, she is echoing what other Democrats have been alluding to. I guess, the Democrats are thumbing their nose at Biden's call for healing and unity by pursing divisive hateful tactics against conservatives. Biden has failed his third leadership test by raising the bogyman of "domestic terrorism". Based on Biden's prior use of illegal methods of domestic spying, we may soon seen it re-initiated, if it hasn't been already. Very scary.

Game Stop, Robinhood, Reddit, and Fake News

On January 27, 2020, Game Stop was caught in a classic short sellers squeeze which forced the stock price of Game Stop to soar and the market to "crash" as short sellers covered their positions. I'm not going to go into any of the details concerning this. Its very complex. What I will touch on, is the reaction of a financial pundit. In exacerbation he sarcastically remarked (paraphrased): "Where where the fact checkers"!!!

The financial pundits reaction was monumental. First, in publicly recognizing that the social media platforms can be utilized for market manipulation. Second, that a person who would normally be considered "outside" the world of hypercritical political hysteria would actually reference the atrocious use of "fact checkers" by social media platforms to suppress conservative thought, even to the point of de-platforming Parler.

The financial pundit's remark was sarcastic. I speculate that it was an extension of social media platforms use of questionable "fact checkers" repressing conservative speech under the claimed auspices preventing, as some examples: "fake news" and "misinformation".  "Fake news" and "misinformation" are the "bread and butter" of those participating in stock market manipulation. In conclusion, the financial pundit was highlighting the absurdity of social media platforms using "fact checkers" to suppress conservative thought, but then allowing stock market manipulation to occur through the use of their platforms without "fact checking" content control supervision. A double standard.

The Corruption of Civil Rights

Civil Rights as a concept has been corrupted. Originally Civil Rights was about achieving "equality". Martin Luther King, in his "I Have a Dream Speech" proclaimed: "I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character." (emphasis added).  Today, "equality" is not the objective anymore for achieving Civil Rights. Instead, the objective is now to use race (the color of their skin) under the concept of "equity". King would be very disappointed.

Biden through his inaugural address and his recent Executive Orders has essentially legitimized this race based "equity" approach and made it official government policy.
